This message is to provide some feedback on our experience working with Paul Raposo, while selling our house 118 Six Point Road. From our first interaction, Paul exuded confidence, yet friendly and pleasant demeanor, that gave us peace of mind that he would be the best person to help us sell our house, all while providing amazing service.
For us, one of the top priorities was a stress-less experience, as my husband is going through some very severe health challenges, with his cancer battle. As much as we were ready to sell our house, the enthusiasm that we've had in past real estate transactions was marred by the worry and concern that comes with dealing with an illness and the uncertainty that it entails.
Despite some of our personal concerns, Paul came in with excitement, which was contagious. He made our experience effortless and really took the concern away- from our introductory meeting all the way to the final document signing once the house was sold.
Within less than 5 business days, our house was sold conditionally, and at a price that we wanted. Paul's understanding of the market, overall real estate expertise, and professionalism were key in making this such a breezy transaction. He has a fantastic understanding of the neighborhood and a strong work ethic.
There is no doubt that we would refer him to family and friends who are looking to sell or buy. We wish we could take Paul with us to Ottawa, as we search for a new house there.

I seldom update my status, and I rarely promote things on social media. I reserve theses rare instances for times when I want to shout from the rooftops about someone or something that has made my life better/easier/more joyful. This is one of those times. Eddie and I are looking for a new (to us) home, not a fun process in Toronto. But this guy, Paul Raposo, has made it fun and educational and something I don't dread (as much). His knowledge, flexibility, incredibly positive attitude and sincere investment in our family's happiness and end goal has blown us away. He is outstanding.
